Perfect for making Byzantine bracelet. I don't know if you would call this half hard, but it is definitely not dead soft. I'm guessing hardness was caused by tumbling which I like. They are very sturdy and shiny. May be a bit difficult for some people to work with due to hardness. By my measurements this is closer to an AR of 3.73 which was perfect for my purpose.
